Cookies, and why we ask

This website sets no advertising cookies and does not follow you across other websites. We do ask about one thing: Microsoft Clarity, which helps us see where the site is confusing. It sets cookies, so we have to ask first — and if you decline, it is never loaded and no cookies are set.

How we measure traffic

We count page views and referrers so we know which pages are useful. If you accept cookies, Microsoft Clarity additionally records how pages are scrolled and clicked, including session recordings. Anything you type into a form is masked before it leaves your browser, and we never use any of it to identify you personally.

Your clinic owns its data

For clinics using CliniqFlow, the clinic remains the owner of its own patient and appointment data. CliniqFlow processes that data on the clinic's instructions, and the clinic can export it or ask for its deletion.

Built with GDPR in mind

CliniqFlow is designed around data minimisation and clear data ownership. Specific compliance commitments are set out in the written agreement signed with each clinic rather than claimed in general terms here.
